With gyms closing from Thursday were on the look out for the best ways to keep our fitness regime going (or starting whatever). Yeah you know what, gyms shutting is pretty shit, everything closing is pretty shit, there's no need to sugar coat it. But sis, it is IMPORTANT we keep those work outs going and keep our bodies moving, not only to keep that peach lookin' perky but for our mental health. Luckily for us there are some seriously life saving sisters dishing out the live work outs that are gonna keep us feelin' our best self.
Courtney Black served up a HELLA lot of live work outs last lockdown and people were getting some seriously bad ass results. Hosting a range of hit and toning work outs on her instagram live, her workouts really catered to all abilities.
