Our delivery cost and services are listed below, simply choose the service that best suits you.
1.Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
2. We aim to get all orders before their cut off time sent out the same working day, and we do not process orders over the weekend, orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
3.KATCHME has international warehouses based in Asia and the UK. Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible, although the majority of stock is located in Asia so you may receive different packages for the same order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by KatchMe. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Return Period
If you change your mind, you can return unwanted items to us within 60 days.
If your return time exceeds 30 days, we will no longer provide a refund. But if the time is within 60 days, we can refund you the equivalent coupon and bind it to your Katchme account.
The return period starts from the day you receive all items in your order. All returns are subject to the conditions below.
Please note; Lucky Dip items & Beauty items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Conditions
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as returned items must meet the following conditions to qualify for refund:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear.
£2.50 UK Returns (Printer required)
- Fill out the return form
- Make sure you fill out the return form we sent with your order, as it contains important information for us to process the return. You can download a copy of the return form if required. Your return will be delayed if the return form is not filled in.
- Create and print a return shipping label
- You can create a KatchMe Return shipping label using the link below. If you use our Returns labels, please be aware they are charged £2.50 per label but we got you girl as this is fully tracked can be cheaper than using Royal Mail yourself, the charge will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that returns labels cannot be provided for International customers. You may instead choose to return via other courier of your choice at your cost.

- Securely pack the items and place the return form inside the parcel. Stick the shipping label on the parcel and drop it off at any post office.
International Return
- Fill out the return form
- Make sure you fill out the return form we sent with your order, as it contains important information for us to process the return. You can download a copy of the return form if required. Your return will be delayed if the return form is not filled in.
- Pack and Post

What happens next
We will now take it from here. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and return label fees.
If your return is rejected, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue.
