How to Make a Return

STEP 1: Initiate Your Return
To begin your return, please contact our Customer Care team at sales@katchme.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Item(s) You Wish to Return

  • The Reason for Return (e.g., sizing issue, not as expected, etc.)

Our team will review your request and provide guidance for the next steps. Please note that returns sent without first initiating a request cannot be accepted.

STEP 2: Prepare & Mail Your Return
Package your item(s) securely. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

You may select a carrier of your choice to mail back your return. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

STEP 3: Confirm Your Shipment
Once you have mailed your package, please email clear photographs of your shipping receipt and tracking number to sales@katchme.com. This is a crucial step to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

STEP 4: Refund Processing
Once your return is delivered to our facility, our team will inspect the item(s). Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.

 

Our Policy Guidelines

Return Window

  • You have up to 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.

  • All original tags and any original packaging must be intact and attached.

  • No signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

  • For items like swimwear and bodysuits, returns can only be accepted if the hygiene liner remains fully intact.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Intimate apparel (including lingerie and socks)

  • Beauty products

  • Lucky Dip selections

  • Any other items where it is noted on the product page that returns are not supported.

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • As stated above, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a quality issue confirmed by our team.

Quality Concerns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please follow this process:

  • Report within 72 hours of delivery: For a full refund, please contact us at sales@katchme.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 72 hours of receiving your package.

  • Issues identified after 72 hours: Concerns reported after 72 hours but within 30 days will be assessed for an account credit.
