Order Processing
Warehouse Processing Time

For in-stock items, please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process and ship your order. This is in addition to the delivery timeline.
Processing Schedule

Our team processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or during a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.
Important Shipping Policies
Address Changes

Requests to modify a shipping address can only be accommodated for orders that have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Address Limitations

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, suite, or building number.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Partial Shipments

To get your items to you faster, your order may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses. This may result in you receiving more than one package at different times.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Warehouse

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the local carrier is unable to establish contact with the recipient, the shipment will be returned to our overseas warehouse facility and held for a period of up to fourteen (14) days.

During this period, the customer must contact the local carrier to arrange for a subsequent delivery attempt. The full cost of any such redelivery attempt shall be borne by the customer.

Should the customer fail to arrange for redelivery, or explicitly refuse it, thereby causing the shipment to be destroyed by the warehouse facility, Katch Me shall be under no obligation to issue any refund or provide a replacement for the order.
Lost or Stalled Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, your tracking information shows an anomaly, or you have not received your package within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@katchme.com to report the situation.
Customs & Duties Included
- Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by KatchMe. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
