Your Status

To purchase, you must:

✓ Use an authorized payment method
✓ Reside in a serviced country

Contract Formation

1. Order confirmation emails do not imply acceptance.

2. Contracts are formed upon full payment and dispatch confirmation.

3. Orders cannot be modified after submission but may be returned per our Returns Policy.

Delivery

• Delivery within 30 days (see dispatch confirmation for dates).

• After 3 failed delivery attempts, the contract may be canceled.

• Ownership transfers upon delivery to your address.

International Delivery

• Import duties are your responsibility.

• Comply with local laws at the destination.

• Mark returns with “Return to supplier”.

Price & Payment

• Prices are in GBP (excl. shipping).

• We reserve the right to adjust prices (confirmed orders unaffected).

• Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, etc.

Right to Cancel (EEA Only)

• Cancel within 14 days of receipt (exclusions apply, e.g., unsealed lingerie).

Returns & Refunds

• EEA consumers receive refunds for canceled orders (items must be unused).

Faulty Products

Return defective items per our Returns Policy for a full refund + shipping costs.

Contract Termination

We may terminate if:
✓ Payment is overdue
✓ Required delivery info is missing
✓ Delivery fails repeatedly

Liability

• We are liable only for foreseeable losses due to our negligence.

• Products are for personal use—no liability for commercial losses.

Force Majeure

Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters) may suspend performance.

Intellectual Property

All product and site content IP rights belong to us or licensors.
